    Web Developer (MERN)

    You will build and maintain the web layer behind our campaigns: client websites, high-speed landing pages, forms that feed the CRM, and internal dashboards. Speed, clean tracking and reliable form handling matter more here than heavy design work, though you should care about how the result looks.

    What you will do

    • Build responsive websites and landing pages in React with clean, maintainable code.
    • Develop Node and Express APIs, and model data in MongoDB.
    • Integrate forms with CRMs, webhooks and third-party APIs, and make sure no lead is lost.
    • Implement analytics, tag manager and conversion tracking correctly alongside the performance team.
    • Keep page speed, accessibility and on-page SEO basics in good shape.
    • Ship fixes and improvements quickly, and deploy without drama.

    What we are looking for

    • 2+ years building production applications with React and Node.
    • Solid JavaScript fundamentals, plus Express and MongoDB experience.
    • Comfortable with Git, REST APIs and deploying to modern hosting.
    • Can turn a design file into a pixel-accurate, responsive build.
    • Able to work independently in a remote team and communicate progress clearly.

    Nice to have

    • TypeScript, Next.js or Tailwind CSS.
    • Experience with headless CMS, serverless functions or managed backends.
    • Any exposure to marketing analytics or CRM integrations.
